About book The Honest Life: Living Naturally And True To You (2013)
Since I will be a new parent this coming September, I was curious to read this book to help get some ideas on how to further live with an eco-conscious mind. I've also been really impressed with the line of Honest products that Jessica Alba's company produces. I was a little afraid too that it would be an advertisement for her company but it wasn't at all. It has some great advice and things you can do in your everyday life. While some things are harder to do or afford unless you might have an movie star budget there is enough in here to pick and choose from to find a good balance for living more naturally! A fun, user-friendly book in living healthier. I don't want to be the person that gets so caught up in being green, but I want to make smart choices when I am able to. This book was fun to sift through, and reading about people who are passionate about health and safety are inspiring. To me, going green feels more like going back to basics. The simpler, the better. I enjoyed this book, and I think it will be a great one for me to go back to when I do become a mom.
