About book The Holy Road (2011)

Amazeballs. The best in the series so far. I have to say, the fact that there is like a 30 year age difference now between John and Kahlil is weird....Even Kahlil points out that John has been a resident of Basawar longer than he was. John is such an odd, intense character. I have not got him figured out yet. Kahlil has realized that John has changed history however his memory still shot at this point. I loved the scene between him and John ( I guess you can call it present time for both of them) where Kahlil starts to remember something between him(Ravishan) and John in CandleAlley. Love. Reading on ! Another book that solely focuses on John in Basawar. Things are really picking up in this book and discoveries readers may have had suspicions about in the previous book concerning Ravishan come to light. Although the detailed provided in this installment was a bit contradicting to the other info pieced together in the story, I found I loved mulling out how they all fit. I'm excited to pickup the next installment. While reading I thought up 2 scenario's of where this story could be going:1) The story will take a what if/what could happen type of approach and eventually Kyle and John will meet up (i.e. will eventually lead to #2 I guess but what I was thinking was someone dreamingthe scenario up or an oracle seeing it)2) John's travel in a different period from Kyle will be a cause and effect kind of story (i.e. John will change the past resulting in a different future). Well...those are were my thoughts anyway while reading the book. I just had to get it out of the way and share it, lol.
