Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book from the publisher in return for an honest review.Emeryyyyyyyyyy...This whole series so far has included me on edge, groaning in anticipation for Emery and Ceony to make out. And the train scene..a smooch. JUST A SMOOCH.That aside, I enjoyed this sequel as much as the first. It was different, as any sequel should be. Given all the sexual tension in these books, I really expect alot from the third book. Not fifty shades of course, but something...please?! For Emery's green eye's sake....for Ceony's desperate for Emery's love sake...for your readers' sake!!! Bring on numero tres Holmberg!!!! Bring IT OOOONNNNN! This is really a 3.5 for me. Didn't like it as much as the first book - felt like it lacked the excitement, pace, new info, character development of the first in the series. It's not bad, just not as good, and wandered into predictable and repetitive at times. Not sure if I'll read the next - I'm racing to try to meet my goal of 180 books in 2014, and signed up for the 30 day Kindle Unlimited trial to help. These are available there. The magic is still interesting, but it's not explored as much in this one, so it lacks the vibrancy, whimsy and wonder of The Paper Magician.
Do You like book The Glass Magician (2014)?
