The very first page hooked me and I could not put it down, reading it in one sitting. You could probably read it as a stand alone but it might be a bit confusing being it is the continuation of Ella and Micha's story. "...Star Grove. My hometown. I honestly thought she could have stopped their story after the second book, well that it's until I read The Temptation of Lila and Ethan. But this book was so beautifully written. And the flashes to the past and the on going story just moved me to tears so many times. Of course, I giggled a few times as well. I absolutely loved the flow of this book and how it all played out. Ella and Micha are two of my favorite characters and their story is so heartbreakingly beautiful. I gladly give this book a Nerd Alert A++ or 5 stars. Jessica Sorensen, you are a brilliant poet of words among authors!
