About book The Downside To Loving (Falling For A Bentley) (2000)
Reading the summary for this book did not prepare me for what I was to endure reading it. I love stories that have happy endings and I wasn't sure if this one would. The story is very centered around drugs and having never touched/read about drugs, I was shocked. It was a good book but it also managed to tear my heart into tiny pieces and stomp them into the ground. This book was very emotional for me. I warn anyone looking for just a regular romance to not read this but if you think you can handle it go ahead and do. Title: Falling for a BentleyAuthor: Adriana LawPublished: A.L.Age Recommended: New Adult - AdultReviewed By: Arlena DeanRating: 4Review:"Falling For A Bentley" by Adriana Law was a very good well written story. Once you start this read it will be hard to put down until the very end. First and front be ready for this story dies with 'graphic drug case, violence, sex and profanity.' With that being said I still think it is a thought provoking read. "Falling For A Bentley" wasn't what I had expected however, it did hold my interest. You are drawn to the characters who have made many mistakes as you will see from the read of families and friends who have suffered form this type of addiction and abuse. This is definitely a story of a journey of ...'growing up, coming into your own, redemption, love and hope'... to hopefully recover and heal. Now, will this happen? I found this author really knows how to tell a great story...only leaving me to say wow! I found for the most all the characters were very captivating, believable and even some were more interesting than others. Be ready for a very intensed read that will leave you...well this is where I say you must pick up "Falling For A Bentley" to see for yourself who this author brings it out to the reader. If you are looking for a novel that hits home on addictions...you have come to the right place for "Falling For A Bentley" will take you there for a very interesting read on how addiction can make a mess of one's life.
