What to say about this book? I really had to force myself to get to the end, and I am very, VERY glad it was free! None of the characters were likeable (not even the dead ones!), there was a woeful lack of dialogue and some really pitiful sex scenes. At least one of these was borderline violent (until she kindly realised that Erik needed an outlet for his pain and decided to go along with it!) We're expected to believe that a nine-month split can be rectified with a two minute apology and that they all live happily ever after. Just didn't work for me. This author needed to learn to use pronouns. Every freaking sentence had Michelle's name. Places where, "she" or "I" could have been used was muddled with "Michelle".I was annoyed by the over use of "Michelle" before I finished the prologue. I tried to get past it in hopes of a good story, but I had to abandon my hopes and throw this one on my DNF shelf. Sad. There was potential for a good story.
Really good book. I really like the fact that it had a real story line. It was a true page turner.
