About book The Decision Book: Fifty Models For Strategic Thinking (2000)

An exhaustive list of models but I only found a handful that could truly benefit me. Overall, it's a good/decent book that ultimately teaches us, through the many models presented, that it is well within our mental capabilities to structure the way we think into our own models of thinking, that we can then use to tackle different sets of issues. As Mark Twain put it, "to a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail." Lots of models and examples of being a better decision maker. This book is more directed towards business owners or people in positions of corporate decision making. However, the examples included can be redirected towards personal decision making. Some went completely over my head while others were so simple you punch yourself for not thinking to use them yourself. A quick, easy read with lots of useful information.
