I received The Comforts of Home by Jodi Thomas through First Reads. While I had not reads any of the previous Harmony Series books I enjoyed the book and it's characters. I love Ms. Thomas ability to create characters I care about (who grow and change throughout the story) and small towns that I want to move to tomorrow. I enjoyed the story where Love and Community overcome challenges and succeed. The Comforts of home. Wow what can i say? I loved it. I loved watching the relationship between Reagan and Noah, and Reagan and Brandon. What happened to Marty? Ronny grew so much being around Marty. You get o see Beau and Border. I wanna know more about them.I feel so bad for what Reagan is going through with uncle Jeremiah. I love how the series continues it still has Reagan. She is what makes me wanna read the books. I liked watching her grow up from a scared teenager with nobody. Then turn n to the woman the whole town loves. She has found ou that family isn't just your blood. Will she be able to look for her mom I wonder. Overall this was a really good book.5 stars I'm starting the next in series now Just down the Road. Hopefully all the characters that I have came to love will be in there. I wanna see more of Beau and Border and of course Noah, Reagan and Bran.5*******
