About book The Bride Bargain (Prairie Promises, #1) (2000)

This was a cute idea but was not executed well. The writing was all over the place with changing POV in the middle of a page and jumping around from one place to the next. The story just didn't flow well. The characters where interesting, but needed more depth. There was an ok amount of prayer and going to church not at all too preachy. But I hung in their and kept reading, but the end was a train wreck and just left be irritated. How many misunderstandings can there be between two people, well there were just too many in this book. Very clean read. This book was better than the 3rd book and the 3rd book was really good. The only way it could have been even better was if Kelly would of had Clara and Saul's wedding in there. That's just my opinion but i just love weddings so since it wasn't in there that was disappointing but then i think the wedding would of made it off track since it was all bout getting Saul to pick a women.Once Saul did pick a woman, the next focus was to get the woman to agree. Once both of them agreed, the story would of been done. The main idea would of been done and if Kelly was to put the wedding in, it was of been extra and not really with the main focus of the book.Still an excellent book!!!!
