About book The Black Book Of Buried Secrets (2010)
As a huge fan of the 39 Clues series and someone who has read the entire series, this book was really cool! It gives you a lot of information about the different branches of the Cahill family, including weapons of choice, founding members, current agents, and strongholds. It was fun to see all of the people that were listed as current agents. There were also short selections showing how different members of the branches interact with each other. I really enjoyed this and only wish that I had read it before I started the Cahills vs Vespers part of the series because there were clues to what was going to happen next. I'm finished reading The 39 Clues: The Black Book of Buried Secrets by Rick Riordan. This book was a great book for fans of the 39 Clues series. This a not a main book in the series, but it is a more informational book about the series and its characters. If you never read any of the books this would be confusing, but it also is kind of a catch up book if you didn't read a book or skipped it. It was a great book, but it was not that entertaining because it is mostly just facts and some stories, but other wise it was OK. I would recommend it to people that have read the books and to the ones that have started reading the series, but it does have some spoilers in it. I would rate the book a three out of five.
