About book The Art And Science Of Low Carbohydrate Performance (2012)

Good info regarding the science behind ketogenic nutrition, some decent myth-busting, and LOTS of good data regarding the benefits for endurance athletes. I wish they would've addressed impact to high-intensity and strength athletics (other than explaining how muscle-sparing it is . . . what about muscle BUILDING?). It was a little short and simplistic at times, but I've also read several other books regarding low-carb nutrition in the past. I read it in basically one sitting. It works! I feel great! What else is there to say?I bought this book after watching Jimmy Moore's success. I've been low carb/paleo for years but not seeing the weight loss as much as I wanted despite much health marker improvements. I'm training for a half marathon this November and the keys in this book have been instrumental in my successful training. I highly recommend this book for anyone, but especially those who want to be able to go longer, faster and stronger in their respective sports.
