As a huge Adventure Time fan, I HAD to get this book! One thing I have to comment on is the use of the letter Æ...Anyway, this book contains everything you've wanted to know about Adventure Time and more. It is written by Marceline's father, and Marceline, Finn and Jake often comment on his writings throughout the book. One of the first pages contains a backward foreword, which I actually read, hahah.The book describes most of Ooo's inhabitants, beginning with the most important ones and then alphabetical order. Then we have a section with goodies made by several characters, secrets of Ooo, a rebus and more.I read this im basically one sitting, and I enjoyed it a lot. Though I feel like it could have contained something more, but I'm not sure of what.. I don't know, maybe I'm just obsessed. Even though it's not as perky and odd as his "Encyclopædia of Hell" Martin Olson certainly brings a more friendly version of his wit to this book.Not being THAT familiar with the show, I still managed to understand and enjoy the snide commentary and whimsical, fantastic art to be found throughout this book. I hope that parents buy this book for their kids and then read it to them in a terrifying manner every night.
