ACTUAL RATING: 4.5/5I was looking around at the library and I noticed this book. It look interesting and I thought I should read it. I looked it up on Goodreads and a lot of people liked it, so I read it and I found it to be very good. I'm not a huge fan of love triangles, but this was actually one of the ones I liked. The plot was really good and though I read a lot of books on fallen angels, this was a whole new concept and was very unique. It was action packed, romantic, even funny. I really liked it!!! I wanted to find out what apen until the very end. The writing was very descriptive and the setting was in olden day England. It kinda reminded me about The Infernal Devices Series. The characters were also similar. Griffin who I loved from the very start was like Jem and Raum was like Will because he had kinda a bad boy persona. Helen was like Tessa because they both contained something important that the bad guys wanted. But in all, the characters were really good. The love triangle was good too. I had trouble decideing who would be better with Helen. But Helen made her choice in the end and I was happy with it. She will always love both of them, but Griffin was her best friend and he truly cared about her and saw the goodness on her. Everyone else was excellent and I had a liking to them too. The ending was good and wrapped the book up. I was sad to know that there isn't another book after this. I hope someday there will be a sequel or in a long shot, a movie. Maybe you never know. So anyway this was a great book and I look forward to reading more from this author. Enjoy!!!!!!! Another good book by Michelle Zink.Helen Cartwright is given a slip of paper from her mother. That is the last time she ever sees her. The slip of paper gives her two names and one address. With those actions, Helen is thrown into a world that she never imagined just to find out she has been preparing for it her whole life.I liked this one. It kept me entertained and honestly, some of the plot was predictable. You sorta know what is going to happen with these kinds of books. Although it was predictable, it was still good. I liked how Raum was incorporated into the character's life.The love triangle wasn't really a triangle. You knew who her choice was going to be. The other one was just along for the ride and wasn't as big a part of the book as the other. I also thought that it was weird how this book was a short timeline. It only spanned a week (I think). It felt like there should have been a longer time, especially in between Griffin and Helen.Overall, not a bad read. I still like The "Prophecy of the Sisters" better then this one. A good summer read though.
