I really enjoyed this book. At first glance, to me, Robert (Rob) was a quiet, shy, insecure professor and Chris was younger, outgoing, vibrant, tattooed musician. As we get to know them, we find them in opposite roles with each other; it was great to see the characters evolve. The characters and their relationship was very well written. It wasn't a surprise to see the characters take a break, but it was nice to see them find their way back together. In most parts this book was only ok for me, but the middle of it was better. This is a 1st person POV book and the MC (what's his name?) was just too boring and very narrative. It wasn't bad, but I didn't really like it.Their was no angst at all, which is no problem in itself, but it only enhanced the dullness. The romance and love scenes were good.I will probably not read more books by the author.
Do You like book Tattoos & Teacups (2012)?
I like the characters a lot but the plot is weak and relies a lot on erotic scenes.
