About book SuperBrain (2000)

One of those books everyone should have to read. Not a "how to" or a rigidly prescriptive program -- this is more about a change in point-of-view: the relationship between "Mind" and the brain is something everyone should take some time to think about. If we did, perhaps we would be able to transcend some of our circumstances instead of succumbing to them. Fear, anger, depression, jealousy, addiction and many other states of neurological distress don't have to define us. encourages us to ask our brains to perfect new skills every day. Interesting statement "one of the unique things about the human brain is that can only do what it thinks it can do". If you say "my memory isn't what it used to be" etc. then the brain will live up to your diminished expectations. Remove your thought's limitations; what your brain can learn is unlimited. One of statements made by authors as they encourage the reader to believe, hope, know things, including God is s "At least once a day, let go and let one situation be handled by God (your diety). This is your privilege. There is no need for it to be real for any one else."
