Dave Ramsey always recommends this book to a lot of the callers on his show. I listened to the audio version and loved the enthusiasm of Mr. Acuff as he definitely believes what he says. There were a lot of good points and I will re-listen to it again, but my biggest takeaway was you probably are not putting in as much effort into your work/dreams as you think you are and to reach your goals/dreams you will need to sacrifice even more. (Audiobook) Start is a funny, sarcastic, and a much needed kick in the butt. I've read hundreds of books like this filled with promises of success if we'll just do a b and c. John shares his failures as well as successes to following his own map to fulfill his potential. John's describes the passages of growth in easy enough terms but the crux of the matter is in the title. To be awesome you must start, start again, and start often.
