What a nice and sweet story of love in unexpected places and times. Eliza and Maddie are new in town. Suddenly on a collision course with Aidan, their lives are turned upsidedown. The two despite differences in circumstances let down their barriers and find love. It is a sweet awakening for the two and I really enjoyed the book. What a nice change of pace. This ARC was given to me for my honest review. I'm not usually a big fan of the billionaire love stories, but I loved this book! The story was great. I think part of the appeal was the cameos of Aiden's family who live in Hope's Crossing (making this a spin-off series debut). Given that, I'd perhaps recommend reading the remainder of the Hope's Crossing books through Wild Iris Ridge first (though I did not). You get a few spoilers about who gets together in Snowflake Canyon Christmas and Wild Iris Ridge. It didn't take away from the story from the story for me though.
Nice read, easy and simple love story. Nice for an simple romance Christmas story.
