I loved this book. This is my first Leta Blake and it definately wont be my last. I adored Christopher, he was so sweet, and so insecure in himself, and with Jesse I think that this was the first time he felt truly happy, content and loved for himself. Jesse was a great character as well, and I felt his pain between the love for his kids and his growing love for Chris.This book had a bit of everything, hot sex, growing love between two deserving men, family angst. The only real issue I had was the religion but I think it added to the story rather than detracted from it and to me it was not the focus of the story.Love it love it love it 5 stars!!! More of a review to come, however, this was a great read IMO- it was long but I appreciated that as the story had a sh##load of angst and a lot of drawn out drama that needed explanation. It was also smokin' hot; plenty of sexy times. Loved both MC's (Jesse and especially Christopher, who was wonderful) and I really felt their chemistry. I adored Gran but the rest of Christopher's family was an absolute nightmare as the biggest homophobic religious bigots (except for Joe, and Jackie maybe). There has to be a sequel and a story for Gareth!!! Leta Blake is really good!!! Oh, and I appreciated that it was nicely edited:)
