I really loved it. It's about this girl named Alison Chapman who meets a boy named Sam Cody who goes to school with her. She has a close friend named Cates Lopez, who has a brain tumor. She has a few months to live and she has fallen in love with Sam. So Alison decides to share Sam, but it is risky. She could lose Sam's love forever if she risks that. As Cate and Sam start going out, conflicts reel in as the months go by. Anyone who loves romance, or even a conflict such as this should read it. It's a very good book. A well written story about friendship, love and the price of sacrifice. At only 155 pages, Sharing Sam was packed with emotion. Though I understood MC Allison's motive behind wanting Izy's last months to be filled with happiness, I didn't agree with how Alison and Izy's family accomplished it. I think there are other, more honest ways Alison could show her devotion to her BFF besides handing the guy she loves over on a platter. That's not to say I didn't like this book or finish it very quickly. I enjoyed the writing and the characters very much. I just thought it was a little far fetched.
