I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT.I don't like giving 5 stars to novellas mostly because they always leave me feeling unsatisfied, whether it's because they end in cliffhangers, aren't in any way related to the current plot of the series or because the author squeezed in insta-love just to make the story more compelling. This one is different. No cliffhangers, no insta-love (except between me and this story) and it gives us a look at how Phina landed that prestigious job.I can't help but love Glisselda more after reading this :) It's really, really hard to not like her and her spunk/mischief. She's like a badass princess who is as regal as it gets but also doesn't forget to have fun. I don't consider anyone a third wheel (up for debate I know) Hahaha. She and Phina are meant to be friends (and it breaks my heart that Kiggs is in the way! YES. HE IS!) I'm going to stop here because I've already written a review that's longer than the one for the first book. Hee. Still waiting for second instalment! UGH.
Do You like book Seraphina Prequel (2012)?
Very nice! It made me love Orma even more, if that was possible ;)

I read this to see if I wanted to read Seraphine. I do.

A short story bonus at the back of "Seraphina."
