Another fantastic book in this series! I started reading this as soon as I'd finished the first book. It was heartbreaking to read and I was on the edge of my seat for most of it. I loved the dual perspective this one was written in and getting to see a bit more of what Cameron gets up to. I couldn't believe he was such an idiot and did what he did to Emmy. I got why he was doing it and of course I knew he would have to try and keep her out of his dark underworld for a while - but I can't get over how long it took him to realise he was being an idiot! And then, right as Emmy finds out the truth and everything came together, the book ended! It wasn't a cliffhanger but it was unbelievably frustrating to have everything come together so perfectly and yet be left with so many unanswered questions. What happened with Emmy and Cameron and the plus one? What about Griff? What about Emmy's deal with Hawk and Pops? I can't wait for the final book in the series to be released. I'd recommend picking this series up if you're interested in crime/thriller romances and are looking for one with an engaging storyline and fantastic characters. Sinceramente el primero me pareció mejor.Leí este libro sólo por lo bueno que fue el primero y la duda que deja al final pero me pareció un poco pesado y lento.Que estuviera narrado desde el punto de vista no sólo de Emily sino también que de Cameron me gustó y estréso a la vez.Cameron. Oh mi querido Cameron me gustabas y mucho, pero desde el final del primer libro llegue a odiarte. Tus decisiones fueron estúpidas, ilogicas e incongruentes.¿Finjir tu muerte? ¿enserio?Y lo peor es que no le hizo ningún bien a Emmy sino que la muy idiota se metía en más problemas. Es de mis personajes masculinos menos favoritos la verdad.Emily.Con ella tengo una relación de comprensión - recriminación.El personaje en general me gusta, no tengo nada de que quejarme de acuerdo a su personalidad. Pero sus acciones:Entiendo que haya estado dolida por la supuesta muerte de Cameron, y que haya querido venganza *yo también quisiera matar a los responsables de la muerte de mis seres queridos* pero ¡ESTAS EMBARAZADA! no te vas a ir a meter a este mundo sabiendo que pones en peligro a tu bebé, o a correr viajar... y todo lo que hiciste.Si no lo hubiera estado perfecto, todo bien pero lo estaba, y eso se me hizo estúpido y egoísta de su parte.Los demás personajes me encantan, incluso son mis favoritos.Carly.Griff.Spider. (Este en particular me parece muy interesante y me gusta mucho.)¡Y Meatball! Ese perro se ganó mi corazón es mi favorito. Casi muero cuando pensé que de verdad había muerto.Incluso Bill me encanta a pesar que sólo es mencionado, tengo la esperanza que este vivo y aparezca en el último libro, aunque se que es poco probable...En fin, la historia no está mal, el narcotráfico es muy interesante, es sólo que los personajes principales no son mis favoritos no resultó a ninguno de los dos.En fin.¿Leere el siguiente libro?Si. Pero por los demás personajes, quiere saber que pasará con Griff que Carly lea la carta de Bill, saber más de Spider, ver caer a Shield.En conclusión:Seguiré por la historia porque si fuera por personajes lo hubiera dejado al empezar este libro.
