I loved this book and how it was a nice twist on Snow White, but I just couldn't love the heroine. I adored A Crimson Frost (a prequel to this story in terms of lineage) and was excited to read this....but it just didn't do it for me. everything besides the heroine was wonderful (nice kisses from a rogue goes a long way ;D ) but I would be more inclined to recommend A Crimson Frost than Saphyre Snow At first when I started reading this book I was not to sure about it because It is similar to the Snow White story....but once again Marcia does justice to any story and I ended up loving it. I was never fond of the Snow White story for some reason. I don't know if Disney's version made it that way or something else. I didn't really like watching the cartoon and therefore it turned me off on the story. Marcia on the other hand opened my eyes to the potential of this story. I LOVE IT!! Rogan is an ultimate hero for facing off the executioners kiss, not just once but a number of times. All of the characters in the book were fabulous. You will fall in love with this version of Snow White. This is definitely a must read!!!
