This book dragged on forever, and I never felt the "love connection" between the three of these guys. At 72%, I was thinking that at any moment there would be this big breakthrough where Liam would give in and be more than the dom. 83%? Nope. 90? Nada; we then had to read through some bout with Liam's self-confidence. Come on!Austin and Jay were whiny, overdramatic divas, and very frankly irritating. Skimmed through their multiple tantrums. The April storyline? Ridiculous. What was the point? Even her involvement near the end seemed crazy. A phone call to Liam and he's done. Seriously?! I enjoyed the scenes at Liam's, but they were really the only redeeming factor of the book. I don’t read books about vampires, demons, shape shifters or ménages. They’re just not my thing, and even bypassing the large number of stories this encompasses, I still have more than enough excellent books to choose from. So, this one should have been an auto pass for me. However, I read a review that strongly recommended NOT dismissing this book out of hand because of it’s subject matter. It highly recommended giving this book a chance and predicted that readers would be wowed by it. That advice, for me at least, was spot on! I am so glad I listened!!The book starts with just Austin and Jay, and they are so easy to like. What sweet young men, totally committed to, in love and in sync with one another. Something, however, is missing, and it’s taking its toll. They’re anxious, at loose ends, uncomfortable in their own skin.In walks Liam—a little older, with a sexy British accent, but Liam is straight—or is he? He’s the perfect counterbalance to Jay and Austin, but again, something is missing. Before long their D/s/s relationship sans sex isn’t enough, but is Liam ready to accept what Austin and Jay already know??I fell for Austin and Jay within the first few pages, and although Liam took a tiny bit longer, by the 30% mark, I, who don’t like ménages, was rooting for the three of them—vigorously. So from another very satisfied reader comes the admonition to READ THIS BOOK. It is a most loving, sensual, angsty read that should not be missed!
