Do You like book Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns (2013)?
I just happened to pick this book up from the library as I couldn't find anything interesting that day. I must confess I have neither read nor watched the movie of its original "Devil wears Prada". So with zero expectation and only knowing the gist of the first book, it was an okay book and a quick read. I was not bored at any point, it was like watching an ordinary daily soap on TV.However as many reviewers have pointed, I could not think of any revenge that is there in this story as much for the title and very less of Miranda in fact. Enjoyed Andy's married life and kid part and somewhere had a soft spot for Max! Alex, Sophie and Xander part was all a little too much though.

I was hoping for better...way better. The fact the Miranda would be back in the story was not the problem. Actually, her part was pretty logical. Andy and Emily have a succesfly magazine, Miranda wants to acquire it. That's how business works. What I didn't like was the whole backstabbing part by Emily and Andy's husband...Really? What sort of people are they? Amd she get,s back with Alex in the end..Give me a break.
