Curious - This has to be a parody?Only read the sample chapters but the characters are over-blown cliches and the situations are ridiculous.The title is one that would normally equal me avoiding, but the sample chapters made me laugh. It could be tongue in cheek humour or just really, really bad - a marmite book - at the moment it's priced higher than my curiosity.Discussion welcomed ;) For some reason this book did not pull me in the way really good story does. Eddie (clearly a person with Asperger's Syndrome) was really adorable in that way only someone on the spectrum can be, on one hand a certifiable genius and on the other hand completely naive and innocent. Fox is overwhelmed by an abusive home situation and trying to take care of too many people. The bad guys were almost caricatures of themselves (with accents, black suits and sun glasses, and an intense torture scene). I won't even start on the sex without any lube or preparation, but it was a little disturbing.
