I just can't get into this. She is constantly going on about how gorgeous Drew, I get it, he gets your juices flowing but I can't read that every few sentences. I'm on page 53 of 260 on my kobo and I just don't care enough about the characters to keep reading. I'm not into the whole insta-love thing. Maybe I'll go back to it one day but there's to many other books on my TBR list to waste my time. Oh and of course their story spans 2 more books and at this rate, I'm not willing to invest the money in finding out if at the end of book 3 they get their HEA. I was prepared for this to be another New Adult romance where everyone is super rich, super hot, and about as multidimensional as my Kindle. So imagine my surprise when the hero is a true alpha-male: kind, patient, and more than a little bossy--especially when it comes to looking after his girl. The heroine is smart, savvy, and someone able to rein in her guy when he gets out of line. There were a few plot twists I didn't see coming, which really kept me pushing the page key on my e-reader. With the author's fast-paced style, I'll be sure to download the next book.
