Jack was sleeping and he heard a sound outside of the window. When he looked outside he could see an owl in the tree. The owl was making a lot of noise and Jack thought the owl was trying to tell him something. He went to Annie's room for help because she can understand the animals. The owl took Jack's backpack and Annie and Jack follow the owl to the Magic Tree House. When they get there they have a flashlight and they find Morgan inside the tree house. Morgan tells them that she has a mission for them to go to the ocean in Antarctica and to solve a riddle. When Jack and Annie get there they meet a man that is a seal hunter and he gives them warm clothes to wear because they were in their pajamas. Then Jack and Annie meet the man's nine Siberian Huskies and they get to ride the dog sled. Jack and Annie also get to see the seal hunter's igloo. When Annie wanders off she finds two baby polar bears. when Jack finds her he starts to play with them too. Then the cubs disappear somewhere so Jack and Annie try to follow them. Then Jack and Annie meet the mother polar bear. Afterwards the ice starts to crack so the mother polar bear puts her cubs on her back and she slides on her stomach on the ice. Jack and Annie go on their stomachs too with masks on and they feel like they are flying. Jack and Annie solve the riddle that Morgan gave them.

Jack and Annie go to the Magic Tree House for an adventure. The Magic Tree House lets them travel to different places and different times. This time they find themselves in the Arctic. A seal hunter shows up with a sled and some warm clothes for them. Jack had a scrol with a riddle on it. It said I cover what's real and hide what's true. But sometimes I bring out the courage in you. What am I? He also had a book that told them about the Arctic that helped them know what to do. They have some adventures and find some polar bear cubs. They start to slide around and play with them. Then they hear the ice below them start to crack? How will they get to safety? Will they solve the riddle? You'll have to read the book. This book is very interesting. I haven't read any of the Magic Tree House books before. It's very fun to read, and it is also very informational. It teaches kids about polar bears and why they do some of the things they do, and how peole live in the arctic. You are learning and you don't even realize it.
