Author is smart and hits right at the many foolish things we do and at our monkey mind. Author says 'We know it all. I am not saying anything new. In life's race, if you wish to stop and think about how you are running it, buy, else if you are used to the adrenaline rush, "please don't buy this book" (book's title)
