While I liked the fact she used an "older" (Haley & Greg were 45), I just couldn't get into their story. I like the whole reconciliation thing.... He accepted that she grew up while away for 6 yrs, and he toned down his Alpha male( love Alphas tho) to include her in his Bounty business. Dialogue was not corny & steamy scenes were emotional & passionate so have your guy nearby :-) that said the whole package just didn't do it but still a good read... Will read next about their son Marc....hopefully his story will engage me more..... This book took me less then 24 hours to read, for all the wrong reasons. Unfortunately I should have listened to the old saying "never judge a book by its cover" because was I disappointed. Oh how this author murdered her cover. I thought heres a book with a badass man who's going to save the day. Well I was wrong. First off the age difference between cover and characters were way off. The dialogue in the story seemed too forced and fake and my god could you have a more boring plot! I'm sorry to say I skimmed so much in the book just to get to the few steamy parts and the climax and end. It's just such a drag, books have really been disappointing me lately, sorry to say. Not such a good read.
