About book Oul (2000)

This is a fantastic little story-it really got me thinking! I feel like it can be interpreted in many different ways, but I took it as like the universe exists separately for every individual, and it's up to you to decide what to do with your universe. These universes are all the same, but all different at the se time, if that makes any sense (like the contents of every egg is surrounded by a shell, but each individual shell is different). I'm still thinking about it! The search for the reason why we exist in life began since beyond humans can remember and will always go on. The Egg is just another short story resembling such a search and translating the ideas of the writer (Andy Weir) in an another great way and addition to this massive search.Very simple language and it makes you live the story as it's speaking to you. You live the idea and thus understand it easily. Again it's one of these stories that open your mind to why we humans are created and it makes you think. The best part it can explain Deja Vu, if it was real of course.Recommended read and easily available online through the link in Goodreads
