Here is another example where the book buyer has been totally mislead. The title alone appears to portray one kind of story and the synopsis explains another but it develops into something quite different from both. Once again I've delved into a book that turns out to be completely religiously themed. I think the author is trying to advance her own dogmas about "professional" women & her LDS faith. I did not find the views propounded to be particularly enlightening. As a matter of fact, I found the extremely "moral" individuals to be hypocrites who had no problems lying to the main protagonist. Their little ruse didn't seem so christian to me and it doesn't matter who they were trying to protect. It was pretty obvious that there was no eminent danger to the person they were trying to protect anyways. I skipped to the end just to get it over with. I. SO. SO. SO. LOVE. THIS. SERIES!Amazingly wonderful!Adorably fun!Sweetly romantic!Filled with fun emotional twists that keep you wondering when the characters will finally stop being stubborn and realize that "once enchanted, always enchanted."Alexis has it all! At least she thought she did!Then Alexis is sent to find a rural Wyoming gifted architect who seems to be closely guarded by his friends and even his enemies...she is so unhappy about this assignment that she starts to re-evaluate her life and her goals.To top it all off her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere and Sean Rockland is the tow truck driver that comes to her aid.If only Sean was more than a tow truck driver...And if only Sean could accept her as she is instead of trying her patience and forcing her to face her fears...If only she wasn't so attracted to him...If only she could find this elusive architect and get back to her real life...If only she could stop picturing a new life in Wyoming with Sean and his family...And then there is Sean's side of the story...LOVED LOVED LOVED this book!I couldn't put it down!I so want more from this author!
Fun to read and cute LDS love story! Maybe I'll read the rest of the Rockland series.
