About book Nuestra Senora De Kibeho: Un Mensaje Del Cielo Al Mundo Desde El Corazon De Africa (2009)
Kindle - the story of the Marian apparitions in a remote town in Uganda. The Virgin Mary appears to 6 young women in this small town and two others are visited by Jesus. The story is told by the Author Immaculee Ilibgiza as she grew up very much involved with the goings on in her country, and by the accounts of the women who are visited as well. A very interesting view of what happens to one with total faith in their religion. Not being very religious myself, but believing that miracles are possible, this book was very interesting to read. Loved it! I read this book right after "Led by Faith," the one that came before this one. Both were excellent, but this one took me by surprise. I didn't know what to expect but she tells it from a very personal viewpoint, starting from when she was a little girl wishing Our Lady would appear to her and her friend. Ever since that time she was drawn to Mary and ached to visit Kibeho when the apparations there began. A very powerful account of what became a faith revival in that area, nicely told.
