Ihr Vater erklärt sich nur bereit den Vampire zu helfen, wenn diese, und allen voran Gregori, seine Tochter auf eine geheime Mission begleiten.Meine MeinungEin personaler Er-/Sie-Erzähler stellt die Protagonisten Abby und Gregori in den Mittelpunkt der Geschichte, sodass auch deren Gefühle und Gedanken dem Leser mitgeteilt werden und man sich besser in die Personen hineindenken kann.Der tolle Schreibstil der Autorin vereinfacht den Einstieg in dieses unterhaltende Buch. Die Spannung baut sich erst nach und nach auf. Jedoch wird man dann sehr schnell von der Handlung den Protagonisten mitgerissen, sodass man das Buch in einem Rutsch durchlesen möchte.Doch wird man nicht nur durch die Spannung gefesselt. Unterhaltende, romantische und amüsante Szenen und Dialoge machen die Geschichte zu etwas Besonderem.Das Happy End ist schön und passt sehr gut zu der Geschichte, war für mich ein wenig zu kitschig.FazitKerrelyn Sparks „Ein Vampir für jede Gelegenheit“ ist unterhaltender und romantischer Roman, der seine Spannung nach und nach aufbaut und es dann schafft den Leser mitzureisen. If I was rating the cover the rating would be MINUS 5. Come on Sparks you can do better. Stop listening if someone else is pushing you toward covers like this. If it is you deciding than start listening to someone who knows better. Please. This cover would have stopped me from buying the book if I was not a fan. I remember the cover of the first book of yours I read. The cover caused me to pick up the book and consider it. I bought it. Now for the story. I love Gregori. He a young vampire who understands the modern world. He knows marketing. Important abilities when a video showing vampires are real has gone viral. He bears the burden of saving the vampire world. Not a light burden. He is tasked with meeting with the President of the US and convincing him to declare the video a hoax and prove it is a hoax. But nothing is for free. He must help the President's daughter find a plant that will save her mother's life. Problem he is falling in love with Abby, the daughter. He must help the woman he loves without putting the vampire world in jeopardy. The two goals are in conflict. Abby is a strong woman and a scientist. She hates the public eye. She wants Gregori knowing from the start that he is a vampire. She sees signs that he is not being completely honest with her father. We see more of the serious Gregori in this story. We see why he is head of maketing. I like seeing more of his depth. I love his mother. I love seeing Sean squirm. The President letting both of his daughters in on his top secret meeting with a vamp did not seem real. (I know this is a book about vampires and shifters and I am talking about "real".) The new villain is really creepy and evil. The ending giving some hint of the future. A good story. I always want more from Sparks.
