Though not as profound as some of the other literature circle selections, there was some surprising depth to this selection, and plenty of humor. I laughed out loud when the Lunch Lady spies on all of the teachers.This book would be perfect for reluctant or struggling readers. Meant for ages 10-14, but anyone could read it. Also could be used in the classroom to teach the theme things are not always what they appear.
