The story is a very heartwarming love story between Lauren and Chase. Lauren has not had it easy but through strength and conviction as well as the love of Chase, she, her sisters and their families legacy will be safe but it will not be easy. I fell in love with the girls and their strong personalities...have already bought book two and started it. Alex's story is going to be at least as good if not better than Lauren's story!! The very first chapter of this book is heart breaking and exceptionally well written because you actually feel like you’re there, watching as her mother is swept away. To say that grabs your attention and immediately makes you root for these three girls really doesn’t do it justice. You root for these girls and to see Lauren as the stubborn, independent woman who has taken so much on her shoulders you just want that happily ever after for her. I’ve read a few books by J.Sanders and will be honest, I have yet to be disappointed and this book really does a wonderful job of making you, the reader, feel like you’re there with the characters.Will I read this again?Yes.
