Good useful book about leadershipFocusing on seven values of leading with love and they are :PatienceKindnessTrustUnselfishnessTuthfulnessForgivenessDedicationauthor seems to be emotional and telling situatiins in which he is affected and criesAlso influenced by the company he worked for; HFE which its nature is a bit like non profit organizations but it is not .Realistic when he tells that leading with love is not an excuse to be soft . And when he tells how difficult to always stick to these valuesThis book encourages a very good work environment if followed completely This was probably the best leadership book I have read this year. The material is as old as the Bible, but it was put together in a fresh way and illustrated with great examples from today's life and business world. I appreciate Mr. Manby's commitment and dedication to lead with love. That may seem 'soft', but as he points out in the book, is often difficult and demanding. This was well worth the reading.
