~This review is for the whole manga~Love Monster is an absolute joy to read!!! This is the first manga that I can gladly say that: This is my kind of story! I fell in love with the characters from the very first page. The weirdness and silly aura of the story captures me completely. The whole concept-from beginning to end-was wonderfully put together. Kurou, the powerful student body president, was an joy to read about, and Hiyo, the baby face, white crow, was amusing all the throughout this story. Hiyo makes me feel so much better about my size and looking like a kid. I've never read anything like this, but that may be because I haven't increase my manga collection. This has definitely became an favorite of mine, and it's already on my to but list^~^ Although I wish I could own this series (CREATE AN ENGLISH COPY DARN IT!!!) I have read the amazing version of this story that was scanlated online many years ago. It is one of my favorite and I can't believe it still hasn't been translated into paperback books.You will love this story if you can find it. It is so fun, cute, and exciting. It smashes all those ghost stories, legends, and more into one book in a fun and hilarious way. The art work isn't horrible, and at least for me the scanlations weren't bad either. There are areas that were a bit smudgy but in my case, I was simply happy to be able to find and read this story. It is SOOOO good! I love fantasy, demon type stories when they have love in them and if you have read "Black Bird" I think you would enjoy this story as well.
