Perfect, amazing, must read series! This series kicked off my new year and BOTH hit my faves of 2014 list, so I'm off to a great start! This sequel was perfect... A continuation of an amazing, beautiful love story, with a little bit of angst here and there and a whole lot of HOT lovin'! Georgia and Tristan are so fun and loving and real... Not to mention the supporting cast is awesome too! I love the imagery and felt like I was at the beach throughout the series... Now, if only I can find a Tristan to share coffee and the view with!! Well done!! Earlier this week i messaged Adriane ~ Adriane, I love you an all but I feel like you ripped my heart out with book 1! Please, PLEASE, don’t stomp all over it with book 2 :’( And guess what? She did just that!!As I said, Light in Mourning picks up where the first one ended….. Me sobbing my heart out! It’s a love story like no other and an emotional ride for both character and reader. Georgia and Tristan face relationship problems like every other couple and they aren’t far fetched which make the story more believable. They also have their own insercuritys with each other, but after what these two have been through I’m not surprised. I enjoyed how the other characters had their place in the book. From Georgia’s best friends, Drew and Silas, Tristan’s best friend Gavin, and to some extent Georgia’s ex Kyle, and I seriously wanted to slap him on many occasions! The story had me gripped from beginning to end. It had me laughing, crying and hoping for the best for this lovely couple. The story flowed very well and I felt what the character was supposed to be feeling, in fact I was an emotional wreck by the end of it.One of my favourite lines in the book ~“You’re my fucking heart, Georgia, my entire world. I was born to love you.”Instant puddle right there!I found these two books totally different from Adriane’s first book, Steel and Lace, but written with the same amount of passion and lust….. And there were plenty of that to go round You never seem to disappoint me Adriane and I’m already looking forward to the next book that comes from you!~Nicola~ *** This book was given free for an honest review***
