The story is slow at times but when it picks up , boy does it pick up. The book still has some very Twilight touched to it but it is really a good series so far. I will be starting book three soon.Looking at the other reviews I knew to expect a Clifton hanger but wasn't expecting what I got. This second book itches to get my Fanfiction hands on it for a few scenes.I am a little confused by the end however (SPOILER ALERT) where were the teachers when those last three pages took place? well hopefully book three will give me those answer.Four Stars for this one. To be honest Dead Beautiful was way more interesting that Life Eternal. However I still adored this book.First of all Renee Winters is a character that I totally love. She is fierce, determined and these qualities are more obvious in the sequel. After Dante Berlin her one true love gave her her soul back and he became undead (again!!), Renee is determined to find a solution to their problematic romance (him being Undead and her being monitor). Her determination is also based on the fact that Dante will die in a few years and she can't lose him so quickly. She tries to find a secret that is rumored to hold the recipe for immortality, so she can keep her soul mate by her side. What I didn't like was the distance that Renee and Dante had during the books, as he was hiding away and she was trying to solve her problems and disperse the doubts that she has about him.Maybe it lacked romance, but it certainly had mystery and suspense that made up for it.
Do You like book Life Eternal (2012)?
The book was interesting and I liked the mystery but I still liked the first book better.
