There was one clear reason why this book was not the ;5 star read the first book was. I hear a lot about the preachy nature of this book, but the truth ia it didnt really bother me much. What did, was the fact that Nicola just wasnt an interesting a character as Annabelle had been. I couldnt relate to her. I had no idea what Koldo saw in her. She was especially bland and i kept stopping during her povs to watch grass grow or paint dry or something equally as unimportant. Only Koldo's scenes kept me going. I was so dissapointed because Annnabelle was such an awesome, witty character and Nicola is the vast opposite. Iand i was looking forward to Koldos book so badly.Oh well, becore this turns into a full blown rant, this one missed it for me. Summed up how I feel about this book in one word is...meh. I didn't understand what drew Koldo to Nicola in the first place. I'm generally not a fan of the whole love at first sight storyline. Honestly, it's only the second book and I'm not loving the whole angel/demon set up. I'm not sure how much I'm loving the whole mixture of religions. There individuals from ancient Greek myths, but also the bible, but also some great high God like person that all the angels respond to. Also all the love scenes felt very young adult. I might read the next one just because I'm curious what will happen with Thane, but honestly her books just weren't what they used to be.
Do You like book L'angelo Della Tentazione (2013)?
It was okay. I think I liked it better than the previous book, but it was still just as predictable.

Really good. Love the action and the men. Still not too thrilled with the helpless women.
