Перевод не очень, но зато много дублирующих ссылок на русском, можно выудить для себя очень много интересного, если есть желание. Nice and generally well written popularisation of maths. The book does have a bit of a target group problem - the people most likely to read it probably won't learn much new from it. Strogatz covers well-known topics - quite well, sure, but anyone who has read any popular maths already knows what he's writing about. This book is best suited for people with interest in maths, but little knowledge of the topic.
