The plot of Kiss Across Time moves by quickly in order to get to why Taylor is suddenly in this intense relationship with two guys. A kiss at a death metal concert that brings about memories that may or may not have been real, but felt as real as could be, and then a hot and heavy session in the backroom with a different guy, and suddenly Taylor has two hot guys at her beck and call.Honestly the plot about the long lost Inigo takes a backstage until the last third of the story as Veris, Brody and Taylor try to work out why they're traveling through time and speaking in tongues. Even though Veris and Brody have ideas, they're more interested in why when Taylor kisses them memories of their pasts suddenly become reality for a short period of time.The Inigo storyline takes an interesting turn when everyone sits down to discuss things. I was a little confused why the leader of Veris and Brody's people claims that there was a time paradox in play. The three of them were not technically time-traveling--the events of the past couldn't be altered, only the present (for instance they could die in the past, but it would be their present selves that died, not their past selves). So even if they wanted to go back and set things on their natural course, they couldn't. If Brody and Veris didn't propose the solution they way they did, I don't know what the leader meant to do. I was relieved by the ending resolution to what would happen in the future, it was nice to see them think things out instead of assume it would be her choice to join them. I was less pleased by the sudden cold feet Taylor had. I enjoyed this story however and liked the historical elements that were weaved throughout. I have to admit that I'm a sucker for time travel stories. While I think it would be fabulous to have that glimpse into a different time, I know I would be bonkers not having toilet paper or some other modern convenience that I have come to love. But enough about me!This was an interesting look at time travel glimpses into the lives of two vampires. The relationship between the two vampires was well developed and had lots of possibilities for the future installments in this series. Looking forward to continuing the series.
