Ms Glines has done it again....AMAZING!! I loved this book! I was touched by the way Kiro cared for Emily in Take a Chance but after I read this book I completely understand the depth of his love for her. They are soul mates destined to spend many lives together. I've always been a huge Rush fan but Kiro is defiantly topping my list of favorite book boyfriends. He is completely swoon worthy! It seems like from the first moment they met he had Emily's best interest at heart. Kiro could have had any woman he wanted but chose Emily. When women flirted with him he was by her side to remind her she was his and he only wanted her. Emily was perfect, she was an angel on earth sent to rescue Kiro. This is an amazing sweet love story. It will make you laugh and cry. This is an extraordinary gift Ms Glines has given to her fans. If you haven't one-clicked it yet you are truly missing out on the best novella of the year. Abbi Glines gave this novella for free as a Christmas gift. Thank you!I admit that at first I wasn't thrilled with the idea of Kiro's story. We all knew what happened to Emily. I normally don't like to read a story of previous generation of the main characters. However we didn't know how they met. And believe me when I say, this is the author's signature style. Most of her lead male characters have the same caveman trait. As well as, most of the females are really attractive, but yet innocent. And poor. Very poor. Despite all my complains; there always some pull in her books that got me hooked even I knew what's going to happen.I was a little distracted when I reached half of the book. After the accident, it surprised me that Kiro let himself be that weak. He should have known that Emily would want him to be strong and be there for their daughter. But then again, maybe he knew that without Emily he might not be able to raise Harlow properly. I wish the author wrote about the accident.Oh, and I think the author forgot the fact that the one who married Georgiana's ex-fiancé was her friend, not her cousin. That would make Rush and Blaire second cousins.
