Yep, I loved Ryan. He was HOT. Sean is still my favorite, but Ryan runs a close second among the Kowalski brothers. I should have hated that he'd asked Lauren to leave her husband once (especially because said husband was his childhood best friend), but given what her ex did to her, it's hard to fault Ryan for seeing the writing on the wall and wanting to play white knight. I was, however, glad to find that Lauren told him no (despite the heartache it caused her later). Ryan and Lauren sizzled together and his devotion to her was so incredibly sweet. I won't be that surprised if Lauren changes her mind about having more kids later...who wouldn't want to make babies with sexy Ryan?If you haven't read the Kowalskis yet, do. They're a crazy bunch and lots of fun, with meddlesome siblings and other almost-family members. Like in Mitch's story, we get some of Rose's perspective here. Until I got through Josh and Katie's story, it seemed annoying that her voice was part of the story, but once you've read Mitch, Ryan and Josh's stories, you find that Rose and Andy's story is told over the course of those three books in bits and pieces. Once I'd finished this one, I was ready to read Liz's story, and just in time, too! Great story from a great series!I love the Kowalski boys, they are absolutely adorable, funny, super hot and sexy.. and even smart so what's not to like?It was very interesting reading about Ryan and Lauren since it's a very different situation than the ones before, with Lauren's ex-husband and Nick in the picture I wanted to know how it all was gonna unfold.I really liked the characters, even Nick who first came off as a brat but then we learned why he was behaving that way.
