I don't read this type of garbage, but I saw this at the library and picked it up to laugh at, because I felt like finding out what type of authors these girls are. In all honesty, it had some good messages for teenage girls about abstaining from drugs, alcohol, smoking, and sex, and they discussed self image, and things of that nature. Other than that, this book was garbage. I give it a one star, but I do have to give them credit for not suggesting to go out and get drunk and party all night, as I expected them to. Why is this an audio book? It is set up more like a magazine or scrap book, making it harder to get through through this medium, and they also do not read it very well, making it pretty ridiculous at times. The book is also very repetitive, partly because the three of them repeat ideas but they each individually repeat topics, styles, and jokes as well. Overall, the book does provide a lot of positive messages for young girls, which is of course their market. I do Keep Up; it's a guilty pleasure of mine, and hearing Kourtney read was lovely for my commute. She is totes great.
