About book Just Right (2010)

You’re damn right being snowbound has never been so hot! Phew, and then another phew on top. Oh, and add another phew there while you’re at it.I thought I’d feel icky reading a ménage involving family members, but surprisingly I didn’t. While reading, I forgot they were twins and their cousin and concentrated only on the fact they were men. I will confess to feeling a little “Oh no!” that Gwen had sex with all three males, because it was clear from the start she was attracted to Noah the most, but that’s just me.Gwen worked with Noah and had steadily fallen in love with him. He seemed gruff, to not care for her presence, and she felt he wasn’t prepared to teach her what she needed to know with regards to bears. Frustrated, she stormed out of the office, hoping to make it home before the bad weather cut her off. Unfortunately, she hit a bear on her travels and got out with intent to kill if the bear’s injuries were too many to be fixed. She trailed the bear and watched in amazement as it changed into a human. A human man who bore a striking resemblance to Noah. But then another bear came at her, and she was forced to defend herself. Imagine her disorientation when that bear also shifted. She’d hit her head when she’d crashed and thought she’d imagined the strange scene before her. She hadn’t. Oh no. These men were bears all right, and the second one was Noah. Squee-and-ooh-and-I-loved-that-bit!Well, that’s quite a sight to take in and believe, isn’t it? I should say so. But the proof was right there before her. No denying the fact that those hairy beasts had shifted into yummy Native Americans. Gwen helped Noah take his cousin back home, and due to the weather getting worse, she had to stay at their place. Noah finally showed a different side of himself, and Gwen realized he might just like her after all.Ms. Green has penned yet another enjoyable ménage tale with believable characters and a realness to them that makes you forget that bear shifters don’t really exist. For the time it takes to read Just Right, they do, and it is written in such a way that those bears and their ways are as natural as breathing.BEST BITS: 1. LOL moment: She was going to punch him. Right in his ridiculously gorgeous face.2. And another LOL right after: ...wearing a necklace made of bacon. (You’d have to read it to find out why that’s so funny.)VERDICT: Hot-hot-hot sex with barely time to catch your breath. There’s lots of sexual action, and at no time did I get confused as to who was doing what—a hard feat to accomplish, I imagine, when writing more than three people having sex at once. If you don’t mind the males being related, and you enjoy a book with more than two sexual players in one location, with the added bonus of the unusual bear shifter aspect, then click that Get Your Copy button below and settle down for one of the hottest reads of your ever-lovin’ life! Now, I need a cold shower. Or something like that... Very short but the plot made sense. The couple worked together so the relationship didn't come out of left field. She was a bear scientist so when she found out they were bear shifters she was okay with it. Sometimes I think that authors do not set up realistic reactions to a person finding out shifters exist, but this one seemed okay. She really loved one of the guys but was willing to do his cousins because she thought he didn't really want her for permanent and why not go for the foursome since she might never get another chance at it. He didn't really want a menage relationship but was willing to go along so she could experience it. The menage scene was on the tasteful side of these things. It was explicit and complete but didn't feel real raunchy if you know what I mean. Afterwards the couple talked and realized they wanted a committed monogamous relationship. This was nice in that the author didn't try to cram too much in to it.Thanks to melissaB for loaning this to me.
