Este libro lo leí por recomendación de una amiga. Los personajes están muy bien caracterizados. La narración en ningún momento se me volvió tediosa. Esta historia mezcla el amor, la fantasía y el misterio de una forma apasionante. Como amante del teatro debo aceptar que la historia al estar basada en una obra, de uno de los dramaturgos mas maravillosos de la historia del arte, me pareció excelente. No tengo más que adjetivos positivos hacia este libro. Si te gusta el arte, el teatro, el romanticismo, el misterio y la fantasía; de más está decir que tienes que leer este libro. What a complex yet fabulous novel! I thought it was going to be very heavy considering it is sort of a retelling of Shakespeare’s tragedy Romeo and Juliet but it really was more suspenseful with numerous twists and turns; Also happier. And it certainly didn’t hurt to have a recommendation by author Sara Gruen, who wrote another favorite of mine, Water for Elephants. Overall, it was one of those books that upon completion, I wanted to crawl back into its pages but alas I have many more books to read. Though, I would love to see Juliet turned into a movie.
