probably my favorite of the comic series just for the opening scene. though i haven't read more than a handful of comics. the art in these comics are unique and interesting and they do help excentuate how f'ed up johnny's world is (though not so much unlike our own). it is amazing how easily you come to sympathize with nny and rooting for him regardless of his rediculous and strange actions. on top of that it will really get you thinking about the world we live in because of the exagerations that point out real life circumstances. I had no clue that this book existed till not to long ago. Ive always been a fan of his animated series. And once I found out about this book I had to pick it up. And I am so glad I did, if you are into dark humor then this book is for you. It had me laughing at each turn while keeping me intrigued until the end. Outstanding, well written, funny, compelling. There are many words that I could use to describe this book. But simply put even if you are not a fan or never heard of him you should give it a read. It would be a tragedy for you not to pick it up as soon as you get the chance. And if you dont like it well Johnny will come for you to.
