About book J'ai Embrassé Un Zombie (et J'ai Adoré) (2011)
The title alone prepares you for this silly read. This girl is rude and mean and nasty to just about everyone. Her name is Alley and she's proud of her Ice Queen nickname. She doesn't give guys or anyone else a chance. She'd rather insult and belittle everyone than make a new friend.Well...that's because she considers most people completely annoying in their love and lust for the undead. Although all the creatures have come out, Zombies and Vampires are the main ones in this book. Most girls would just LOOOVE to convert (ie DIE!) to be with a zombie or a vampire. And Alley thinks they are all dumb in their craze for both boys and love.But then Alley meets Doug. And he's cute and sweet and she suddenly finds herself smitten.....and doing/acting in ways she never thought she would.Meh, it was cute and the message was interesting. But overall, it was obnoxiously annoying. I didn't find Alley/Gonk funny - I just thought she was a pretty awful person. I thought her friends pretty much sucked as well and Doug....meh. I'm just glad this was short. I Kissed a Zombie and I Like It bercerita tentang Alley / Gonk / lupa nama panjangnya karena susah diinget hoho. Ceritanya si Alley ini sekolah di sebuah sekolah pada zaman gatau tepatnya dimana manusia , vampires sama zombies hidup berdampingan *laaah bahasanyaa. Bla di bla cerita di awal-awal sih lambat, nyeritain gimana sekolahnya dan temen-temen si Alley ini yg pada craving punya relationship between manusia dan vampires / zombies. Si Alley ni ikutan semacam klub jurnalistik gitu disekolahnya terus pas dia harus nulis review tentang band dia ketemu sama cowok bernama Dough yangggg tak lain tak bukan usut punya usut adalah seorang zombie *dun dun dun* heheh. Tapi gebleknya si Alley ini gatau kalau Dough itu zombie. Dia nyadar sih kalau Dough bentuknya goth pucet gitu trus ga pernah ganti baju trus ciri-ciri zombie yg lain. Tapi namanya juga fiksi, si Alley sante aja gaul sama si Dough ini sampe akhirnya mereka pacaran, sampe si Alley ngenalin Dough ke ortunya segala pokoknya si Alley nih jatuh cinta banget gitu lah sama Dough. Sampe akhirnya kabar mereka pacaran kesebar di sekolah, nah temen-temen Alley di sekolah ini tu pada kasih tau Alley kalau Dough itu zombie, tapi Alley tetep kekeuh gak percaya. Bla di bla Alley yang pengen forever and after sama Dough kepikiran buat ngeconvert dirinya jadi zombie *facepalm* walaupun si Dough ga pernah minta dia buat ngeconvert. Ya disini masalahnya mulai bermunculan. Dari gurunya si Alley sama temen si Alley yang gak setuju trus drama drama and more drama sampe bikin Alley, Dough berantem sama vampires di sekolah itu.Spoiler alert!!!Habis pertempuran berdarah dan tragis yang penuh pengorbanan kesetiaan dan pengabdian cinta *basically cuma kejar-kejaran sama berantem-berantem tanpa adegan berdarah cuman zombie-zombie yang pada "mreteli" (mreteli sih bahasa jawa.apa yaa bahasa indonesianya?hancur berkeping-keping?eh) Dough akhirnya matiiiiiii, sedih dong si Alley. Tapi di epilog diceritain si Alley pada akhirnya move on dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan belajar dari pengalamannya macarin zombie hehe. *omg what the ef review aku im sorry guys cough cough*.Enggak intense sih guys dramanya.Buat yang suka buku dengan cerita wow mending gausah baca ini. Liat aja ratingnya di good read hehe. Kalau aku sih ya selama baca sante dan ngakak juga sih berapa kali karena saking stupid dan doesnt even make sense gituuu aku berapa kali like "wat the fuu" tapi i enjoyed it so much ironically hahaha. Menurut aku emang buku ini easy read slash probably crap hehe *jahat* dan aku selesai baca hanya dengan satu setengah hari hehe. Sekian reviewnya aku kasih dua bintang *ding ding ding* !!
