This is a little gem of a book that I am sure I will keep referring to in future. It is a straightforward and practical book of suggestions for improving your communication and conversation skills. I recognised various personality types as I was reading, and also recognised some traits in myself that weren't so great. Oh well, now that I recognise them I can use Robin Dreeke's techniques to improve on them.Anyone who is keen to improve on their ability to communicate with others, will find this book useful. Although I thought his suggestions of establishing artificial time constraints" seemed rather disingenuous, overall his suggestions appear useful and easy to implement. The proof will be in the results! Eeeeeewwwwww! I may have to go take a shower. This book was referenced in something else I read or heard. Eeeewwww. The writer is a marine and FBI dude. His ego drips off of the pages. This is a book about manipulating people (hence the two warnings in the text NOT to use these techniques for negative purposes because they're so powerful.). Thank you, Lady Macbeth.The only reason I finished this was to try to read 100 books by the end of the year, and it was short.
